CONCLUSIONS: DWT analysis identified lower 40a and 20b values as candidate retinal time-frequency features of ADHD. Their consistency across sensitivity analyses, sexes, eyes, medication strata, and repeated measurements supports prospective evaluation in independent, clinically characterized cohorts.
