CONCLUSIONS: The degree of skeletal maturation delay correlates with ADHD medication use in CGD, consistent with a shared maturational delay hypothesis but not establishing causality. These findings may warrant careful re-evaluation of ADHD diagnoses as skeletal maturation progresses in affected children.
