CONCLUSIONS: In this cross-sectional inpatient sample, retrospectively reported childhood ADHD symptoms were associated with addiction severity, and this association was statistically accounted for in part by specific time perspective dimensions, particularly higher Present Hedonistic and lower Future orientation.
