CONCLUSIONS: In this open, single-arm study conducted in routine clinical care, therapist-guided internet-delivered treatment was associated with moderate improvements in ADHD symptoms and quality of life among adults with ADHD. Findings were comparable across baseline levels of comorbidity, treatment expectation and route to care.
