CONCLUSIONS: This study found that 20% of patients with AD screened positive for ADHD symptoms, with slightly higher rates in children than adults. No significant associations were observed between ADHD symptoms and gender, nationality, BMI, or AD severity. Although no significant clinical predictors were identified, the findings emphasize the need for ADHD screening in patients with AD, particularly in regions with high AD prevalence.
