CONCLUSIONS: Exercise, particularly aerobic interventions, serves as a potent non-pharmacological strategy for the management of anxiety and affective dysregulation in children with ASD. These findings support the integration of aerobic exercise into clinical treatment plans to improve emotional wellbeing.
