CONCLUSION: Selective ECS alterations in pediatric ADHD, particularly reduced OEA/PEA and elevated 2-AG with OEA’s link to OD symptoms, may highlight potential blood-based biomarkers for diagnosis and monitoring, warranting further research into ECS-targeted therapies.
