CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this study, congenital TORCH infections were rare but associated with intellectual disability and autism, with evidence of broader associated cognitive outcomes extending beyond diagnosed conditions, underscoring the importance of preventing specific vertically transmitted infections.
