CONCLUSION: Distractor-embedded and ecologically enriched CPT paradigms demonstrate robust diagnostic discrimination in ADHD assessment. Multimodal and integrated models may provide incremental advantages over conventional CPT approaches. These findings support the integration of ecologically valid and multimodal objective measures into ADHD diagnostic frameworks.
