Tomasz M. Gondek , Assistant Professor

Profile
I am a psychiatrist and health‑services researcher focusing on population mental health, service evaluation, and psychiatric education. My work combines nationwide registry analyses and policy‑relevant evaluations with guideline development — particularly around ADHD in adults and outcomes among people with mental disorders. I have led and contributed to collaborative, multi‑country studies (e.g., INTERPRET-DD, COMET-G, EU-MIND) and national analyses of mortality and service reforms in Poland, and I co‑develop clinical guidance and consensus statements for adult ADHD care. I am active in professional leadership (EPA committees; WPA sections), supporting the translation of evidence into training and practice. In my current role at ULS, I integrate research, teaching, and clinical expertise to inform pragmatic improvements in mental‑health services.
