- Profile
- I am a psychiatrist from Bucharest, Romania, with previous clinical experience in both Romania and France. My main interest in adult ADHD is clinical, particularly the assessment and treatment of adults with ADHD and psychiatric comorbidities.
I am also particularly interested in the relationship between adult ADHD, emotional regulation, attachment, shame and trauma-informed approaches. Alongside my psychiatric practice, I have pursued further training in approaches including IFS, NARM and Compassionate Inquiry, and I am interested in how these perspectives can complement evidence-based psychiatric care for adults with ADHD.
I am particularly interested in developing group-based and psychoeducational interventions for adults with ADHD, with a focus on emotional regulation, shame, self-concept and relational difficulties. I am also keen to connect and collaborate with clinicians and researchers across Europe who share an interest in integrating adult ADHD care with attachment- and trauma-informed perspectives. - Work Address
