CONCLUSION: Adolescents with ADHD-I demonstrate impairments in auditory selective attention and processing. Greater inattention severity is associated with reduced accuracy and prolonged reaction times, suggesting increased vulnerability to auditory distraction and reduced discrimination efficiency, with findings that may be considered preliminary.
