CONCLUSION: OSA and ADHD are closely related comorbid conditions. Physicians should be cognizant of this association and consider concurrent evaluation for OSA in children with ADHD symptoms, which can effectively guide treatment strategies and potentially reduce the need for long-term pharmacological treatment.
