CONCLUSION: Females with C-CAH demonstrated impaired reproductive self-perception, including sexual satisfaction and gender-related difficulties, alongside psychological concerns including anxiety, social phobia, and maladaptive coping behaviors, with reduced quality of life related to general health and pain.
