CONCLUSION: The “behavioral subtyping-cognitive validation” framework proposed in this study links subjective behavioral clustering with objective cognitive indicators relevant to nursing care. This approach provides an important empirical foundation for shifting ADHD management from a uniform model toward mechanism-informed precision intervention.
