CONCLUSION: Children with ADHD exhibit impairments in the NVC and the glymphatic system function, with NVC dysfunction linked to glymphatic impairment and executive function deficits. This study offers novel insights into ADHD-related brain dysfunction through the perspectives of NVC and the glymphatic system.
