Longitudinal study of childhood sleep trajectories and adolescent mental health problems

CONCLUSIONS: This longitudinal study revealed that children presenting a long sleep latency throughout childhood are at greater risk of symptoms of depression, ADHD, conduct problems, and opposition in adolescence.
